RETURNS

We understand that sometimes products don't meet your expectations. If that was the case for you, don't worry! We accept returns of unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery. 

When returning merchandise, please ensure it's in the same condition as when you received it, and keep the original tags. Here are some important details to keep in mind:

  • We'll provide you with a shipping label, which you can print, attach to your package and take to a USPS store.
  • The cost of the shipping label is $12, and we'll deduct it from your refund.
  • Please note that custom orders, sale items, and items purchased with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.

We do not offer exchanges at the moment, but if you wish to get a new size of the same piece you've purchased, please add a note in the refund request and proceed with the return normally. We will hold the new piece for you for 48h.

To initiate your return, log in to your account, select your order and indicate which items you wish to return. We will review your request and respond your email within 24 business hours with a prepaid shipping label (deducted from your refund).
